Bert Loosmore To Martinez

G. H. Loosmore, manager of the Los Banos branch of Coast Counties Gas and Electric Co. for the last five years, will leave within the next week or so to assume managership of the company's Martinez branch, which includes the two cities of Martinez and Concord. The move is a definite promotion for Loosmore and entails added responsibilities.

While in Los Banos, Loosmore has taken an active part in community affairs, and is now concluding a one-year term as president of the Rotary Club. He also served as a director of the Chamber of Commerce and was vice president of that organization for one term.
While manager of this branch, Loosmore superintended the expansion of his company's facilities to the communities of Firebaugh and Mendota, together with considerable expansion of facilities in Dos Palos, Gustine and Los Banos.

Loosmore's successor is expected to be announced by the company next week.
