Outstanding Players

Outstanding Players – Don Germino, right, smiles broadly as he holds trophy awarded to him as outstanding player of the year at the recent Rotary Club football banquet for local high school players. Germino, team co-captain, received the trophy from Joe C. Cardoza, local jewelry store proprietor. In the center is Otto Zentner, Rotary president, who was master of ceremonies, and at the left is Lloyd Brinlee, holding the Junior Chamber of Commerce "player of the week" trophy. He was one of eight players to receive such trophies.
