"Kick-Out" Party For Rotary Head

A "Kick-out" party for retiring Rotary Club President Ned Dickson and welcoming ceremonies for President-elect Charles W. Bates was staged by the Rotary membership Tuesday evening at the Fire Department club rooms.
Dickson was presented with a Past President's pin and other momentoes of his term in office, and as he turned over the gavel to his successor, took the opportunity to thank the membership for their support and cooperation during the past Rotary year. Bates, in turn, complimented the retiring president on his capable leadership and accomplishments, and very briefly outlined his activity plans for the coming year.
