Los Banos Rotary Club History
Soil Expert Shows Educational Film

A very unusual educational film, taken, with special cameras providing extended sequences, was shown to members of the Los Banos Rotary Club Tuesday by Roland Wise, of the California Spray Chemical Co., Sacramento. The film featured microscopic photos of leaves, flowers and roses, graphically showing the processes of nature as plant life grows, blooms and dies.
Following the showing the speaker spoke briefly to answer questions by the members regarding fertilizers, insecticides and kindred problems of home gardening.

The speaker was introduced by program chairman Emil Erreca, of the Los Banos Flower Shop.
